1. Transactions are in USD. Payments via PayPal only.
2. Payment is required within 24 hours after auction closes.
3. No refunds after payment.
4. Do NOT claim this design as your original. Please credit me (fr00tsloops) for the original design.
5. You may change some aspects of the character (i.e. change of color)
6. Gift/Trade is allowed. Resale is allowed, so long as it does not exceed the original purchase amount.
7. NFT/AI Training is strictly prohibited.
8. Commercial use of this design is permitted. Excluding VTuber usage. which may be subject to separate copyright considerations.

Terms of Service

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE TO MY TERMS OF SERVICE

1. GENERAL

I am sometimes busy with life and school so :') please bare with me. But I usually finish an illustration within a week or two. Animations and PNGtubers take me up to 2 weeks to complete. If there is a due date, a rush fee may be added and its addition will be explained.You may use the art for any personal and commercial use as long as I'm credited.My art cannot be used to train AI or make NFTs.
I also reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.

2. HOW TO COMMISSION

Request the commission on Ko-Fi or alternatively, send me a message through my Bluesky
Send me a message first of what you want before placing the commission.I will NOT accept written descriptions of the character, if there’s something you want to be altered in the character, write it down or send a photo of what you want it to be.PLEASE SEND AN EXAMPLE OF THE STYLE YOU WANT.
Only use my artwork as examples for the style you want :)Personality and/or pose of said character/person
Optional, but it’d be nice to know the character before drawing it.
As for the pose, it’s best to tell me what your vision of the drawing is. (I would prefer if you can also draw the pose!)

3. PAYMENT

Payment will only be on Ko-Fi or Paypal. I prefer Ko-Fi, but if for some reason you cannot send it there, I will send an invoice on Paypal.

4. REVISION AND REFUND

Revisions can be made when I send in the work in progress. However, I will not accept any more revisions once the piece is finished finished.You may ask for a refund depending on the status of the work
No work - 100%
Half of the work (I.E Lineart Phase)- 85%
Semi-Rendered - 25%

4. COMMUNICATION

Communication is purely on Ko-Fi or Bluesky. I am not comfortable sending in my Discord user unless I advertised it on a server.I will let you know whenever there is a delay.

VIOLATING THE TERMS OF SERVICE WILL RESULT IN COMMISSION TERMINATION AND REFUND BASED ON THE REFUND POLICY
